Summer has over 14 years of media buying experience specializing in print, out-of-home, and digital media buying. In her career she has worked for Valassis Communications and Doner Advertising. These previous positions ultimately led Summer to the Gulf Coast to establish VIC Media as the latest family member for VIC Companies, LLC. Debbie has handled media buying for over 15 years. Her experience includes rate negotiation for broadcast, television, radio, cable and newspapers. She worked for PHD of Detroit in Troy, MI and Valassis Communications before moving her family to Mobile, Alabama to assist in developing VIC Media. Her years in this business have made her proficient in the industry’s major buying tools and research applications.
